Cubes

When you come to Ringkøbing from Herningvej and continue towards Søndervig or Ringkøbing town centre, you cannot help but be captivated by the work of art at the roundabout.

Biblical stool... or the cube in colloquial speech. In 1993, Ringkøbing got its first roundabout in the eastern part of the city. It was decided that it should be decorated with art, and it was the artist Henrik Have from No near Ringkøbing who was given this task. A giant concrete cube of 7x7x7 metres. The artist's name for the cube is "Ezekiel's Stool", which derives from the Old Testament.
