In the Ringkøbing port area, you can not avoid bumping into the bronze sculpture 'Survival of the Fattest'. It depicts a starving thin African man carrying a huge bold western woman with a weight in the hand. The sculpture is made by Jens Galschiot in 2002 as a symbol of the unequal distribution of the world's resources. The sculpture was erected in Ringkøbing in 2006/2007.
Laubjergs Rose Garden is recorded on Tourism Joint Council list of important Danish attractions.
The garden consists of more than 5,000 roses. There will constantly expanding and changing the range. Wheelchairs and rolatorer can get around the whole garden, and there are several places benches and chairs so you can rest.

Skjern Meadows gives rich experiences whether you want to study the fascinating birdlife, try your luck with the fishing rod, canoeing, ride a bike/horse or hike along the more than 20 kilometers of trails that are brought in the natural area. Skjern Meadows is Denmark's only river delta and is a popular destination for birdwatchers.
Ringkøbing church is found in the city at the Church Square behind the old county hall. The church was built in several stages. The nave is the oldest part of the first half of the 1400s. Visitors to the church will be captivated by the large altarpiece painted by Arne Haugen Sørensen in 1995-96. The font is also designed by Arne Haugen Sørensen.
